Shipping
We are currently working with the United Parcel Service (UPS) for all our shipping requirements. Please, be aware that UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes.
If you have a PO Box billing address, please call your credit card company and add your home address as an additional shipping address, otherwise we will not be able to ship the order. Please specify about the additional address in the 'Comments' section when you are placing an order.
For all shipping options, in addition to the UPS shipping time, consider the following:
- Allow 2 days for our shipping department to process your order
- Required time for the payment clearance (except for the credit card orders)
- Deliveries and pick-ups are only made on Monday through Friday (except major holidays)
All our shipments are insured for the full amount of the merchandise shipped.
Shipping charges are not refundable, please consider this when placing an order.
Ground Service
According to UPS, approximately 5 to 7 business days (weekends do not count) to any location within the continental United States. The shipping charges are $10.00 for one item, $16.00 for two items in the same shipment and $20.00 for three or more items in the same shipment.
Unfortunately, Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii and Alaska.
UPS Blue Label
According to UPS, it is 2 to 3 business days (weekends do not count) delivery time to any location within the United States. The shipping charges are $25.00 for one item, $35.00 for two items in the same shipment and $45.00 for three or more items in the same shipment.
UPS Red Label
According to UPS, it is a next business day service (weekends do not count) to any location within the continental United States. The shipping charges are $50.00 for one item, $60.00 for two items in the same shipment and $75.00 for three or more items in the same shipment. For an additional $13, this service is available for orders shipped on Friday to be delivered on Saturday.
